Artistic Drawing
I attach great importance to drawing, because it allows me to more easily express my ideas in a creative way. I therefore present my artistic universe to you on this page.
MOMENTO MORI
For this project, I decided to take inspiration from Baudelaire's poem “une Charogne” where he recounts a walk with his beloved which gradually turns into a nightmare when they come across a carrion.
My vanity is made up of a fairly cheerful part and another sadder one, which represents the two atmospheres of the poem. However, the cherry tree in the center, I represented both peace, but also death, the clocks represent the passing of time.
